Hi, I’m Laura Hargrave (formerly Rimmer). A Christian, Master Certified Nutritionist & Best-Selling Author. For over 25 years I’ve studied the science of weight loss and natural healing, and coached thousands of people to better health.
I went from overweight smoker at university, to wearing myself out as a vegan ultra-marathon runner in my 30s, to finally listening to God’s wisdom for health and becoming truly vibrant and lean in my late 40s with low carb and keto, and a ‘less is more’ Biblical approach.
Friend, I made it through all the mistakes and deceptions out there and have finally found peaceful, joyful, easeful health - in body, mind and spirit and that’s what I’ll share with you in this podcast.
